December 6, 2016 Board Meeting Agenda Item #18 Title ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES' PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR FOR THE ENGLEWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDING 9 RENOVATION PROJECT Description All work has been completed and all required close-out documents have been received from the contractor. The final project costs have been internally audited and are enclosed herein in Change Order #4 for approval. The Director of Construction Services has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statutes.
